An event every week that begins at 6:00 pm on Monday and Thursday, repeating until May 25, 2023
Free to ladies of all ages, shapes, sizes and abilities. No coordination, grace, or experience required! Join at any time. Throw on your workout clothes and athletic shoes, bring some water, and discover a group that welcomes you just as you are!
This class meets on Mondays and Thursdays at 6pm in the Commons.
