Therefore encourage one another and build one another up, just as you are doing. 1Thess 5:11

I love how this verse reminds us to be encouragers. Anyone can be a critic and find fault. Think about what a difference it is to be the one who builds others up and spends time focusing on what is right and good instead of the negatives. Which type of person do you prefer to be around? The one who tears down or builds up?

Which type of person do you tend to be most often? A critic or an encourager?

God’s Word tells us to focus on what we can do to build others up. Try it and see what a difference it will make in your relationships both here on the earth and with the Father.

God always blesses obedience so choose to do what He tells us to in 1 Thessalonians and then see what He does!
